Our Units

Owners are responsible for the maintenance of their units and can renovate and decorate to meet their needs. There are smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors in every condo unit and a security alarm that is used for medical emergencies.  Fire, police, and ambulance services are five minutes away. While there are no washer/dryer hook-ups in individual units, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently available in each building. Click here for a diagram of the units.
