Welcome to the Terraces

The Terraces is an Independent 55+ living community located in historic Shelburne, VT.  There are fifty-eight one and two-bedroom residences in seven buildings, all individually owned.  In addition, there is a community building called The Audubon Building, which houses the dining room, a beauty shop, a living room with fireplace, a crafts room, a library, an exercise room, and the administrative office.  The community occupies seven acres just off Mt. Philo Road and is just three miles from Lake Champlain, a half mile from the Shelburne Museum, and two miles from Shelburne Farms.
